Workshop diary software for UK garages

Keep workshop jobs, optional resources and progress separate from the MOT lane schedule.

Workshop scheduling, not MOT capacity

Timed work and date-only jobs

Plan servicing, repairs, diagnostics and pre-MOT preparation in a separate day or week diary. Jobs without an agreed start time remain date-only; no time is invented.

Optional bays and mechanics

Assign a bay, a mechanic, both or neither. Unassigned jobs stay visible, so work can be recorded before its resources are agreed.

Shared records, separate schedules

Workshop jobs use the garage’s existing customer and vehicle records. Workshop scheduling stays separate from MOT lane allocations and does not consume MOT minutes.

Clearly labelled job progress

On site, in progress and complete states have text labels as well as colour. Cancelled work stays separate history; booked and awaiting-parts records retain their meaning.

Availability before launch

HGV MOT Hub has not publicly launched. Existing garage access remains permission-controlled. Public customer checkout, automated DVSA results, certificate delivery and automatic emails are not live. Workshop plan inclusion and pricing are not confirmed.

MOT diary software does not replace booking examiner time with DVSA. Features depend on reviewed garage setup; no launch date or availability guarantee is offered.
